Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations cannot be accepted — but please get in touch if you have any issues, and I'll do my best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

• Contact me within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange
• Items must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Items must be returned in their original condition — if an item is returned in a lesser condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
• If a bundle was purchased, all items in the bundle must be returned together

Non-Returnable Items: Unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Sale or discounted items

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact me immediately, and I will try to assist you.
